Before joining the company, Gemma spent more than ten years working for a large corporate business across various departments. Her roles there focused primarily on compliance for third-party databases, handling complaints, and maintaining certification details.
Gemma holds NVQs in Business Administration and Customer Service, and is committed to providing efficient, professional support to both advisers and clients.
Outside of work
In her spare time, Gemma enjoys spending time with her husband and their three children. As a family, they are passionate fans of live music and musical theatre.
